Preparation

Your therapist discovers all of your expectations, needs and possible pathologies in order to adapt their actions during the session.

Position

You remain clothed during the massage, preferably in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. We carry out our treatment on a massage table or "futon".

Care

To massage you, your therapist will use their elbows, knees, shins as well as their thumbs and palms to apply pressure and stretches throughout your body. The latter will be massaged, because the meridians flow throughout your body, according to our ancestral customs and traditional medicine.

Stretching

You will be guided through a series of gentle stretches to improve your flexibility and release tension throughout your whole body.
